Please note that cancellation requests will be approved only if made within 6 hours of purchasing the item you are wanting to cancel.

I don’t accept returns or exchanges:

Given that our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Also, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged by postal companies. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds

In the case that you qualify for a cancellation and decide to cancel your order, once your cancellation is received, we will make sure that your cancellation was requested within 6 hours or less of placing your order and, if that’s the case, we will proceed to cancel your order and a refund will be issued.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, which depends on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after cancelling an order, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
